Samsung partners with Theta Labs to release a new NFT campaign. The companies will provide Samsung customers with NFTs, which feature a variety of digital and physical utilities.
Among other organizations that participate in the initiative are Shilla Duty Free, E-cruise, Show Golf, Galaxy Store, and NFC solution company Alllink. As a result of the partnership, the retail partners will provide NFT holders with benefits and utilities. For instance, participants might receive gift cards and vouchers, cruise rides, and other surprises from retail partners.
It’s worth noting that Samsung will issue more than 100,000 NFTs and plans to expand in the future. The “New Galaxy NFTs” release is scheduled for August 10.
“With this agreement, we’re launching the world’s largest ever offline NFT utility campaign, where more than 100,000 NFT holders can use their Theta NFT online and offline through ThetaPass technology. This is only the beginning, and we will continue expanding retail and e-commerce store coverage and utility to broaden benefits to Samsung NFT holders,” said the CEO of Theta Labs, Mitch Liu.

The partnership between Theta Labs and Samsung started in February this year when the companies gifted NFTs to buyers of Galaxy flagship models S22 series and tablet S8.
In April, Samsung U.S. expanded its Metaverse presence by launching a campaign in collaboration with Zepeto. They released a Metaverse game dubbed “Galaxy S22 Treasure Hunt.” Players had a chance to win various items, including the new smartphone.
