Digital luxury fragrance brand Scents Of Wood launches the first-ever NFT subscription to fragrances.
The brand gets inspiration from trees and forests. Launched in Canada and the United States in 2020, it sells gender-neutral fragrances through subscriptions. The subscription model and the quality of the scents, produced in partnership with IFF, resulted in more than 90% digital sales. So, the founder of Scents Of Wood, Fabrice Croisé, decided to expand the brand into the NFT space.
Along with the new NFT subscription model, Croisé aims to develop a strong community within the Web3 space. Scents of Wood’s founder connects with fans via video calls and plans to do “a number of things never done before.” For instance, the brand will ask NFT holders which perfume they would like to have the next fragrance created.

The NFT subscription will include 2,000 tokens available for purchase, and 20 tokens will be gifted. The Web3 subscription will provide four full-size fragrances per year. The brand has not published additional details about the project yet.
“We want to build this with you,” states the project’s website, inviting users to sign up for the updates.
