In Brief
Cult&Rain introduces “CULT PADs” – an innovation for its metaverse space, “CULTR World.”
The experience will go live on June 15.
Luxury fashion brand Cult&Rain introduces an innovation for its metaverse space, “CULTR World.” On June 15, the brand’s CULTR World will roll out “CULTR PADs.” The release marks a new milestone in virtual social shopping and e-commerce.
CULTR PAD is a gamified metaverse that features Lounge and Shop where visitors can purchase goods in a new way. According to the press release shared with Metaverse Post, it will deliver a highly personalized experience within the photorealistic and dynamic realm of CULTR World. The initiative will allow community members to socialize with friends and experience different entertainment options in a multifaceted digital environment.
The virtual space will feature four customizable rooms. “Mothership” is the central hub that enables visitors to transfer from their private CULT PADs to the public Lounge and Shop. “DJ Room” is a space that will host live events and exclusive performances from noted artists. The “Theatre” room will allow visitors to watch movies and TV via streaming videos. Notably, individuals will be able to to watch films with friends thanks to the screen share option.
Then, the space includes a “Gallery” that showcases art and non-fungible tokens. It features pre-filled walls decorated with artificial intelligence-generate imagery. Users can customize their CULT PADs with artwork and even upload their creations as collections of digital assets.
CULTR World is designed for CULT&RAIN’s community of fashionistas and sneakerheads. In March this year, Cult&Rain released its NFC-enabled phygital collection dubbed “DROP 002”. The release included 401 high-quality hoodies backed by non-fungible tokens. Token holders received access to several perks and had a chance to win limited-edition sneakers.
All owners of DROP 002, DROP 001, and GENESIS tokens will get access to their personal CULTR PADs.
“CULTR PAD is a testament to our commitment to pushing the boundaries, embracing the digital evolution, and creating a dynamic community that thrives in the intersection of fashion, technology, and culture,” said the CEO and Founder of CULT&RAIN, George Yang.
