Anthropic AI Сhat Now Processes 3 Times More Text Than ChatGPT

In Brief

Anthropic AI chat has improved their Claude AI Chat to process 100,000 tokens at one time, equivalent to 75,000 words.

One of the leaders in the AI software market is Anthropic, who recently released their improved Claude AI chat. With their update, Claude can now process up to 100,000 text tokens in a single go, equivalent to around 75,000 words. In comparison, ChatGPT, previously the lead in the AI chat processing space, can only process a maximum of 32,000 tokens at present.

This marks an incredible milestone in Claude’s AI chat capabilities, which enable faster and more accurate textual processing. With improved memory, Claude is able to process extremely large amounts of text and computer code–even entire books! For example, one can easily run Claude to summarize 85 pages of legal documents, identifying the main points and their implications. This is possible in less than a minute, with books like “The Great Gatsby” taking Claude only 22 seconds to process.

Furthermore, the incredible speed and accuracy provided by Claude’s memory buffer have enabled near-continuous conversation interactions that can last days or even weeks at a time. The same applies to Claude API clients who purchase its memory-enhanced version.

This version of Claude AI chat has radically changed the nature of cognitive computing. Its rapid processing time and improved memory mean that researchers, developers, and organizations can now interact with their computers in a much more natural and conversational manner than ever before. This is sure to revolutionize how we use AI in our daily lives, making it a truly anthropic experience.

  • Anthropic, a company created by ex-employees of OpenAI, unveiled an AI system called Claude at the beginning of 2023. It is comparable to OpenAI’s ChatGPT but is superior in a number of important aspects. Claude is a statistical word prediction tool similar to ChatGPT and other language models. It learned how often words are to emerge based on patterns, such as the semantic context of the surrounding text, by gathering a sizable number of text examples from the Internet. It is able to engage in open dialogue, tell jokes, and provide its thoughts on a number of subjects. Anthropic is looking to grow even more this year with a team of 40 people.
