NFT project Doodles just announced Pharrell Williams as its new Chief Brand Officer. The trendsetter and singer will join the board and help the project with live events, art, and consumer goods.
Doodles is a blue-chip NFT collection featuring 10,000 PFPs with various unique traits from size to color. The current floor price of the collection is 15.2 ETH (approximately $16,900), with 137.8K ETH of volume traded.

To start, Williams plans to produce an album titled “Doodles: Volume 1” in collaboration with Columbia Records. It will include music featuring major artists, limited edition visuals, and album art by Burnt Toast.
“I’m a big fan of the brand. We’re going to build from the core community outward and bring Doodles to new heights, new levels,” said Pharrell.
It is interesting to note that the new CEO of Doodles is also a music industry veteran. Former Billboard CEO Julian Holguin left his position in May to work on Doodles’ development.
In announcing Williams’s involvement, Holguin said, “Pharrell is one of the greatest creators of art, entertainment, and culture in history. His vision and passion for the Doodles brand will manifest in our animated content, music, IRL and product experiences.”
The company will likely launch a new collection in July, and fans can expect “Doodles 2” to be less pricy than the Genesis Doodles collection.
