“Bybit walks the talk when it comes to fostering talent. We believe investing in people is a net positive for Bybit and for the broader community. The next major breakthrough in blockchain technology will come from young talent with bold ideas, and we want to be a force for good in innovation and lay the groundwork for the long-term growth of the industry,” said Joan Han, Sales & Marketing Director of Bybit, in a written statement.

“With the BUIDL Apprenticeship Program, our goal is to equip the next generation of crypto and blockchain marketers with the knowledge, exposure, and mentorship needed to succeed in this dynamic industry. We look forward to meeting our apprentices and witnessing how they will influence the future of blockchain marketing,” she added.

The program offers a limited number of three spots, providing participants with exclusive opportunities to explore, develop, and implement cryptocurrency marketing initiatives over a duration of 3 to 6 months. Furthermore, participants will receive a monthly stipend in recognition of their contributions. Their performance and project delivery will be assessed, with the chance to compete for a grand prize of 6,000 USDT. Additionally, apprentices will acquire valuable experience in problem-solving, project management, and collaboration with experienced marketers and diverse project teams within a dynamic setting.

This program is open to university students, recent graduates, and freelancers located in Singapore, Dubai, and other remote areas, although applicants from the United States and China are excluded. Applications will be accepted until 11:59 PM UTC on October 4th.
