MPost Markets: Prices of major cryptocurrencies increase

Cryptocurrency prices have seen a slight uptick over the last 24 hours, following a turbulent week of price decreases.
Bitcoin has started slowly regaining its former price, but the price change remains insignificant. With a price increase of 0.90%, the coin is now trading at $19,278.25, hardly above yesterday’s price.
Ethereum’s ether has seen a slightly bigger price increase and is now trading at $1,049.75, 2.78% above yesterday’s price. Ether has experienced a rather significant price drop over the last seven days, losing 13.58% of its value.
Binance’s BNB is also doing slightly better, up by 3.24%, while both XRP and Cardano’s ADA have seen price increases of approximately 1%, while Solana SOL and Dogecoin DOGE are up by about 3%. Amp and Arweave have experienced the largest price jumps of 23.53% and 14.21%, respectively.
It’s also looking slightly better on the metaverse cryptocurrency front. Decentraland’s MANA is up by 3.59%, Flow by 5.44%, The Sandbox’s SAND up by an impressive 12.06%, and ApeCoin APE by 5.83%. The price of Tezos, on the other hand, has slid by 1.24%. LooksRare LOOKS and SuperFarm SUPER have seen the largest price gains over the last 24 hours, with LOOKS up by 17.12% and SUPER up by 10.80%. On the other end of the spectrum, we’ve got Illuvium ILV, down by 15.92%, Gem Exchange and Trading GXT, down by 13.49%, and Ethernity ERN, down by 12.04%.
The Metaverse Index MVI has also regained some of its value. Trading at $37.94, it’s seen an 8.17% price increase since yesterday.
