How to use Stable Diffusion for free without coding
Stable Horde is an interesting project that allows users to submit their video cards for free image generation by using an open-source Stable Diffusion model. The more people on your map, the higher your rating, and the faster your generations will be counted. Users can generate without registering but registering as a worker and earning kudos (ratings) will allow you to generate faster.
1. Register an account
Users can generate without registering but registering as a worker and earning kudos (ratings) will allow you to generate faster. Registering as a worker on the platform is beneficial because not only does it give you access to faster generators, but also the ability to earn kudos from those who use your services
2. Get an API key
After registration, StableHorde provides an API key that you can use on the desktop platform. This key provides access to the StableHorde API, which can be used to connect with third-party applications and tools.
3. Download the desktop client
Download the client for Windows, Mac, or Linux, written on the Godot engine. The interface may be confusing at first, but it is easy to use once you get the hang of it. Despite the possible confusion, once you familiarize yourself with the layout and user interface, you will find that the client is intuitive and easy to use.
4. Use your API key by adding it to Options
5. Generate images
Once you have installed the client, you can begin generating on other people’s video cards. You can even see who’s generating on your own video card. By joining a AI pool, you can combine your resources with other workers to increase your generating power and earning rewards.
6. Support the community
You can earn cudos (ratings) by helping the community select the best generated images. Also you can support the development of the Stable Horde on Patreon.
