Digital Talent

What is Digital Talent?

Employees with digital talent are those who can adapt to and use present digital technologies.

Understanding Digital Talent

A World Economic Forum analysis found that investing in digital talent may enhance the world economy by USD 6.5 trillion by 2030, and India’s economy by USD 570 billion.
Education in the traditional STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) subjects is not equivalent to digital talent.
Rather, digital talent is the result of a digital-first attitude that includes hard digital talents like data analytics as well as soft digital skills like storytelling, comfort with uncertainty, and so on.
Engineers no longer simply sit in a room and write code. Today, narrative is the most critical ability for a data scientist.
