The ‘FASHION for PIECE’ Earrings cost $50 and are only wearable digitally. The accessory makes part of a 16-piece fashion collection, launched by DressX in order to support Ukraine. The funds are going to be donated to the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, 3D fashion designers in need, and charity funds.
However, any DressX App user that wills to support Ukraine can also do so by trying on the clothes and accessories free of charge.
As digital fashion and AR technology have been evolving, the first ever Metaverse Fashion Week organised by Decentraland Foundation, DressX and Kollectiff has happened on the virtual catwalks and in AR boutiques. The fashion week took place between the 24th and 27th of March, hosting various important fashion houses such as Tommy Hilfiger, Etro, Cavalli, Paco Rabanne, Nicholas Kirkwood, Dolce&Gabbana and Elie Saab. Less known and arising brands were also showcased during MVFW: EElytra, Faith Connection and others.
The clothes and accessories are now available for purchase as NFTs on DressX website and on the app.
