CO., LTD, a Cayman Islands exempted company with variable interest entities in China, which provides comprehensive business solutions primarily for insurance companies and brokerages in China, has announced a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with XUnit, a company that operates a real-world asset (RWA) and non-fungible token infrastructure platform built on the X Layer. The MOU outlines a framework for the two companies to jointly develop a compliance-driven RWA standardization platform, aimed at advancing the tokenization of RWAs and implementing digital asset infrastructure.
The collaboration will focus on several key areas, including RWA on-chain integration and tokenization, with an emphasis on promoting title verification, blockchain mapping, and the standardized tokenization of RWAs. Additionally, both parties aim to explore the integration of institutional capital with Web3 platforms to develop mechanisms for compliant financing and asset circulation.
The partnership also seeks to research the digitization and on-chain integration of insurance-related assets, which could enhance transparency and optimize capital allocation. Furthermore, the two companies plan to leverage XUnit’s RWA modular standards and the resources of YSX TECH. CO. to drive the large-scale adoption of tokenized RWAs.
