A particularly interesting aspect of Telegram’s expansion strategy is its collaboration with the TON Foundation. This partnership aims to tap into the growing interest in Web3 projects, with the expectation that approximately 30% of Telegram’s future audience could become active users of these decentralized finance (De-Fi) applications.
The integration of DeFi applications into Telegram’s ecosystem is anticipated to provide users with seamless access to a range of financial services and blockchain-based applications, fostering innovation and accessibility in the rapidly evolving world of cryptocurrencies and decentralized technologies.
Currently, Telegram’s user base is distributed as follows: 37% of users originate from various Asian countries, highlighting the platform’s popularity in the region. Meanwhile, 27% of users come from Europe, and 16% are located in North and South America.
