The Sandbox partners with Webhelp
The Sandbox has announced the beginning of its partnership with Webhelp.
Webhelp is an international company focused on customer experience and business solutions. It provides a large range of services – from sales and content moderation to credit management. The goal of Webhelp is to make businesses more human and help companies prosper.
The Sandbox is one of the most used decentralized gaming virtual worlds. It allows players to build immersive 3D worlds and game experiences, as well as monetize their creations.
The Sandbox has already partnered with Snoop Dogg, Steve Aoki, Ubisoft, Adidas, Warner Music Group, and many others.
The companies will focus on in-game support services. Webhelp will assist in onboarding and safeguarding players, creators, and partners. The partnership aims to build community engagement both in the Metaverse and outside the game world.
“With many complex interactions happening simultaneously in The Sandbox, it’s really important that our community see and feel the presence of our teams and ambassadors on the platform,” said the COO and Co-founder of The Sandbox, Sebastien Borget.
Webhelp’s services will also include player support, moderation of in-game chats, and social media management.

We will be using our extensive experience and expertise in content and community moderation to help The Sandbox grow and remain a safe and engaging platform for players, creators, and commercial partners.”, said the CEO and Co-founder of Webhelp Olivier Duha.
The Sandbox plans to raise the number of Webhelp employees to 150 within the next few months.
