Securitize Taps ADI Chain To Bring Regulated Tokenized Assets Onchain In The UAE
In Brief
Securitize integrates with ADI Chain to expand its institutional tokenization business, bridging regulated digital assets and global investors via UAE-based infrastructure.

Tokenization platform Securitize has announced an integration with ADI Chain, an institutional blockchain built to move digital assets, payments and real-world value across global markets. Following the integration, ADI Chain will become part of Securitize’s growing multi-chain ecosystem, creating a pathway for eligible tokenized financial products issued through Securitize to utilize ADI Chain infrastructure, subject to applicable regulatory, product and jurisdictional requirements.
The move connects Securitize’s regulated, end-to-end infrastructure — spanning issuance, management, distribution and trading of tokenized securities — with an ADI ecosystem increasingly focused on tokenized assets, regulated digital currencies, payments and settlement. Securitize works with some of the world’s largest asset managers, and the partnership effectively brings that institutional capability onchain through ADI’s rails.
ADI Chain was initiated by Sirius International Holding, a subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC), and serves as the settlement infrastructure for the Adirham stablecoin DDSC, launched by IHC in partnership with First Abu Dhabi Bank. The network’s institutional ambitions were underscored in July 2026, when ADI Chain completed a $50 million strategic financing round, the investors of which remain undisclosed.
For the ADI Foundation, the organization behind the chain, the integration marks an important step in building infrastructure designed to let financial institutions and asset managers participate in the onchain economy through institutional-grade rails.
Tokenization as a Bridge to Global Investors
The strategic rationale extends beyond infrastructure. ADI Foundation CEO Andrey Lazorenko framed the deal as central to the network’s goal of creating an environment where real-world value can be issued, distributed and settled seamlessly across global markets, noting that tokenization is reshaping concepts of ownership and capital formation.
Securitize co-founder and CEO Carlos Domingo pointed to a sizable addressable market: the Global South accounts for 85% of the world’s population and some of the fastest-growing communities of new investors, with India alone now hosting more than 230 million investment accounts. Access to high-quality global financial products, however, remains uneven. In Domingo’s view, tokenization can help close that gap, with the UAE positioned as a natural hub for connecting investors across these markets with regulated products from around the world — and the ADI Chain integration serving as an important first step toward building the necessary distribution infrastructure.
For the broader market, the deal reflects a growing convergence between traditional capital markets and the onchain economy, as tokenization platforms increasingly anchor themselves in jurisdictions with clear regulatory frameworks. It also strengthens ADI Chain’s position as a contender to become a core infrastructure layer for regulated digital assets, at a time when institutional demand for compliant onchain rails continues to build.
