In 2005, Alzarouni graduated with a master’s degree in intelligence and information security from Edith Cowan University. At the same university, he later pursued a PhD in information technology, receiving his degree in 2008. He ran MySecured Inc. as a business while going to school. He has now founded a number of additional businesses and had executive roles with some of Dubai’s largest businesses.
