mGLOBAL Goes Live On Aave Horizon RWA Market, Expanding Onchain Borrowing Access
In Brief
Midas launches mGLOBAL on Aave Horizon, enabling borrowing against tokenized private credit with onchain liquidity and verification tools.

Midas, a platform focused on composable onchain investment products, has announced that its tokenized investment product, mGLOBAL, is now available on the Aave Horizon Real-World Asset (RWA) Market. The integration enables eligible holders to use mGLOBAL as collateral and borrow against it within Aave’s institutional lending environment while maintaining exposure to the underlying investment strategy.
Aave is the largest decentralized finance lending protocol, with more than $13 billion in net deposits and over $1 trillion in cumulative loan originations. Its Horizon platform is designed to support institutional participation by allowing tokenized real-world assets to be used within a compliance-oriented borrowing framework.
mGLOBAL is an onchain investment product issued by Midas and structured as a security token linked to the performance of a diversified alternative debt strategy managed by Fasanara Capital. The strategy focuses on short-duration private credit assets, including trade receivables and digital invoices. Unlike stablecoins or yield-generating vaults, the value of mGLOBAL is based on its net asset value (NAV), which reflects the performance of the underlying assets.
The product is issued through a dedicated compartment of a bankruptcy-remote Luxembourg securitization vehicle. Asset valuations are conducted monthly by independent administrator JTC Luxembourg. Fasanara Capital, which manages more than $6 billion in assets for institutional investors, including pension funds and insurance companies, serves as the appointed strategy manager.
The listing on Aave Horizon provides mGLOBAL holders with access to onchain borrowing liquidity while retaining exposure to the underlying credit strategy. The integration also indicates that the asset has met Aave’s collateral listing requirements for institutional markets.
Liquidity Infrastructure and Onchain Verification Framework
Liquidity for mGLOBAL redemptions is supported through Midas’ Open Liquidity Architecture, a framework designed to facilitate both instant and scheduled redemptions without maintaining significant idle cash reserves. The system combines an internal liquidity reserve, a dedicated credit facility known as Midas Staked Liquidity, institutional over-the-counter liquidity providers, and a standard monthly redemption mechanism linked to official NAV calculations.
According to Midas, the liquidity model is intended to improve redemption efficiency while preserving capital deployment within the underlying strategy. The credit facility provides temporary funding for redemption requests and is repaid as the underlying assets mature or settle, allowing liquidity to be accessed without reducing portfolio exposure.
In order to support transparency, mGLOBAL utilizes the Midas Attestation Engine, a verification framework developed with Chainlink, LlamaRisk, vlayer, and Canary. The system records and verifies key information, including NAV calculations, reserve data, and smart contract integrity, through onchain attestations.
The verification process converts source documents and valuation data into structured claims that are published onchain. Supporting records are notarized and stored through decentralized infrastructure, while independent verification partners review the information to confirm data accuracy, source authenticity, and compliance with established procedures. The framework is designed to provide investors with independently verifiable information regarding the product’s underlying assets and operational integrity.
