Highstreet and Animoca Brands introduce 5,000 Metaverse residences
Highstreet World, a retail-focused, role-playing Metaverse game, partners with Animoca Brands to introduce “Initial Home Offering” in digital real estate.
The companies will develop 5,000 All-Terrain Trailers with different characteristics. The houses will be based in Animoca Archipelago—Animoca Brands’ region in Highstreet World. Highstreet has become the host of Animoca Brands’ intellectual property and is planning to integrate more ecosystem companies in the future.
“Animoca Archipelago is a place where many universes shaped by games, brands, and IP coexist in harmony. Models and assets from other projects will function within this enormous space, where users can interact with each other in novel ways. Just as importantly, Highstreet World participants will be able to farm experience points by defeating monsters in the archipelago, eventually opening up new options in their gameplay as they level up,” said Travis Wu, CEO of Highstreet.
All-Terrain Trailers will soon be available for purchase. Additionally, Highstreet players can buy virtual houses in other Metaverse regions, such as AVAX Alps, Binance Beach, Everyrealm, and Highstreet City.
Individuals can sign up for the upcoming Initial Home Offering whitelist starting in August. The minting will take place on Highstreet’s website.
Highstreet also recently announced the drop of a phygital fashion collection in collaboration with Jonathan Soon, the creator of Mostly Heard Rarely Seen 8-Bit. Individuals can already purchase the items both online and in in-real-life shops.
