OpenAI, the developer of the world-known chatbot ChatGPT and now a Microsoft subsidiary, announced the launch of ChatGPT Enterprise.
The new version of the AI-powered chatbot app has been designed to align with enterprise requirements, offering robust security and privacy measures.
According to OpenAI, ChatGPT Enterprise offers unlimited higher-speed GPT-4 access, advanced data analysis capabilities, customization options, and other features.
The AI conglomerate claims that ChatGPT Enterprise is the current most powerful version of the chatbot. It features 32k token context windows for 4x longer inputs, files, or follow-ups.
One of the standout features of this version is the ability to process longer inputs effectively, due to its extended context windows. This enhancement aims to ensure that complex queries and detailed information are handled effectively, contributing to a better user experience.
Enterprise customers gain access to an admin console, providing bulk member management, SSO, domain verification, and an analytics dashboard for usage insights.
The ChatGPT Enterprise plan stands out for its customization capabilities, enabling businesses to personalize the AI assistant to their unique requirements and workflows. This mirrors OpenAI’s commitment to incorporating AI as a productive tool across work domains.
Additionally, companies can share chat templates for collaborative efforts and streamlined workflows.
In the blog post released on Monday, OpenAI asserts that AI has the potential to elevate every facet of work, fostering creativity and productivity within teams.
As of today, numerous well-known companies have adopted ChatGPT, including Block, Canva, Carlyle, The Estée Lauder Companies, PwC, and Zapier.
“From engineers troubleshooting bugs, to data analysts clustering free-form data, to finance analysts writing tricky spreadsheet formulas—the use cases for ChatGPT Enterprise are plenty,” said Danny Wu, Head of AI Products at Canva. “It’s become a true enabler of productivity, with the dependable security and data privacy controls we need.”
OpenAI sees this latest release as a stride towards an AI work assistant proficient in aiding various tasks and safeguarding company data.
