Gate Polymarket Rolls Out World Cup Hub To Provide Integrated Tournament Prediction Platform
In Brief
Gate Polymarket launches a World Cup Hub with real-time match updates, prediction markets, and the Pitch Predictor campaign, offering $500K+ in prizes to boost user engagement.

Gate Polymarket has launched a dedicated World Cup Hub designed to consolidate tournament information, prediction markets, and engagement tools into a single destination. The new feature is intended to provide users with a more integrated way to follow the competition, access real-time updates, and participate in event-driven prediction markets. Users running Gate App version 8.22 or later can access the hub through the Polymarket section of the platform.
The World Cup Hub combines tournament coverage with prediction market functionality through three primary sections: Fixtures, Standings, and Events. The Fixtures section offers a centralized schedule of upcoming matches and tournament milestones, while the Standings section provides updated rankings and qualification information throughout the competition. The Events section brings together World Cup-related prediction markets, allowing users to discover and engage with market activity connected to key tournament developments.
In order to support real-time engagement, Gate has also introduced new scheduling and notification tools. A Match Calendar displays daily fixtures in a timeline format, enabling users to quickly review upcoming matches and identify major contests. The platform’s Match Reminder feature allows users to receive notifications before selected games begin, with alerts delivered through in-app messaging and push notifications. For users on supported iOS devices, Live Activities functionality provides live match updates directly through the operating system once games are underway. The company said broader subscription options for tournament-wide notifications are expected to be added in future updates.
The launch forms part of Gate’s broader efforts to expand its prediction market ecosystem. Over recent months, the platform has introduced a range of sports-focused enhancements, including support for additional market structures such as point spreads and totals, alongside new tools for tracking schedules, scores, live match status, team information, and historical performance data. These additions are intended to create a more comprehensive environment for sports-related prediction activities.
Gate has also continued to strengthen its position within the prediction market sector through its integration with Polymarket. The company describes itself as the first centralized exchange to establish such an integration, enabling users to access event markets directly through the Gate application and participate using funds held within their exchange accounts.
Gate Launches “Pitch Predictor” World Cup Campaign With $500K+ Prize Pool to Boost Community Engagement
Alongside the World Cup Hub, the company has introduced the “Gate Pitch Predictor: World Cup Prediction Carnival Season” campaign. The initiative includes prediction opportunities covering all tournament matches as well as championship forecasts, accompanied by a prize pool exceeding 500,000 USDT and a selection of physical rewards. The program is designed to encourage community participation and increase engagement throughout the tournament.
The launch reflects Gate’s broader strategy of leveraging globally followed sporting events to expand participation in prediction markets. The World Cup’s global audience and high levels of engagement provide a significant opportunity to connect sports fans with event-based market activity while broadening awareness of prediction market products.
In parallel with its product expansion, Gate has continued to build its presence within the sports industry through partnerships with internationally recognized organizations, including football club Inter and Formula One team Oracle Red Bull Racing. The company stated that it plans to further develop its prediction market ecosystem by introducing additional products and interactive experiences covering sports, financial markets, and real-world events, while exploring new ways to connect digital communities with emerging information markets.
