Bitget Launches TradFi 101 To Prepare Users For The Era Of Universal Exchange And Multi-Asset Investing
In Brief
Bitget launches TradFi 101, an educational initiative helping crypto users understand traditional finance, tokenization, and multi-asset investing.

Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget introduced TradFi 101, a long-term educational initiative aimed at helping crypto users better understand traditional financial markets and the growing connection between digital assets and global finance. The program provides structured educational materials covering financial fundamentals, asset categories, market operations, macroeconomic concepts, risk management, and the development of multi-asset investment strategies.
As tokenized assets gain wider adoption and investors increasingly interact with multiple markets, including cryptocurrencies, equities, commodities, ETFs, and real-world assets, financial knowledge has become a key requirement for market participants. TradFi 101 is designed to support crypto-focused investors in understanding the factors influencing traditional markets, including stock performance, commodity trends, currency movements, and global capital flows.
The initiative follows an education-focused model and is intended as an open industry program involving exchanges, media organizations, researchers, educators, and creator communities to improve access to financial learning. Current and invited contributors include Coin Bureau, CoinGecko, and TradingView, among others.
Bridging the Knowledge Gap Between Traditional Finance and Digital Assets
“Financial markets are becoming increasingly connected, and traders are already navigating more than a single asset class,” said Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget in a written statement. “Crypto investors today pay attention to interest rates, inflation, equities, commodities, and global liquidity alongside digital assets. As tokenization expands access to financial markets, understanding how these systems work together becomes increasingly important. TradFi 101 was created to make that knowledge more accessible and help users prepare for a future where traditional and digital assets exist within the same investment landscape,” she added.
TradFi 101 includes six educational modules delivered through a structured curriculum, supported by weekly content, community engagement, and knowledge assessments. The program will address 100 fundamental financial questions through simplified lessons tailored for crypto audiences. Topics include Financial Foundations: Rediscover TradFi, Asset Encyclopedia: Your Global Wealth Checklist, Market Mechanics: How Trading Happens, Macroeconomics: The Invisible Hand, Risk & Human Nature: The Trader’s Mindset, and Universal Exchange: The Final Form of Finance.
The final module focuses on the integration of traditional and digital assets within a unified financial environment. As the world’s largest Universal Exchange, Bitget offers access to more than 2 million crypto tokens, alongside over 10,000 US stocks, 500+ tokenized stocks, ETFs, commodities, foreign exchange products, and precious metals. TradFi 101 explores the role of tokenization in expanding access to global markets and highlights the growing importance of broader financial knowledge.
Bitget positions TradFi 101 as a long-term contribution to improving financial literacy in an increasingly multi-asset investment environment. By connecting educational contributors across the ecosystem, the initiative aims to support traders in developing the knowledge required to navigate a more interconnected global financial system.
