Bitget Adds Anthropic to IPO Prime Ahead of Potential Nasdaq Listing

Bitget has introduced Anthropic as the third project on its IPO Prime platform, offering eligible users access to IPO-linked subscriptions ahead of the AI company’s anticipated Nasdaq debut.
Bitget, a global Universal Exchange (UEX), has announced the addition of Anthropic to its IPO Prime platform, expanding its range of investment opportunities linked to companies preparing to go public. The announcement was made on November 3, 2026, in Victoria, Seychelles.
The offering follows Anthropic’s filing for a proposed initial public offering (IPO) in the United States. According to market estimates cited by Bitget, the AI company’s potential valuation could reach $1.75 trillion, although its final valuation and IPO pricing have yet to be confirmed.
The move makes Anthropic the third company featured on IPO Prime, following previous initiatives associated with SpaceX and OpenAI.
Two Subscription Rounds with Different Allocation Limits
The Anthropic offering will be available through two subscription rounds, each with separate participation limits, fees and settlement arrangements.
The VIP Round will run from November 5, 2026, at 08:00 UTC until November 9 at 08:00 UTC. It will have a total subscription cap of $1 billion, with individual commitments ranging from $100 to $3 million.
The Public Round will open on November 10 at 08:00 UTC and remain available until 08:00 UTC on the day before the IPO. Its total subscription cap is $200 million, while the individual limit is set at $25,000. The minimum commitment for this round is also $100.
Both rounds will accept subscriptions in USDT or USDGO. Participation is subject to eligibility requirements, available allocations and the final IPO schedule.
Users can find the full subscription conditions and updated schedule on the official Bitget IPO Prime announcement page.
Fees, Allocations and Settlement Details
The two rounds also differ in their service fees and expected settlement timelines.
The VIP Round carries a 12% underwriting service fee and has historically recorded allocation rates of 40–80% through partner channels, according to Bitget. However, these historical figures do not guarantee future allocations. Distribution is expected approximately three to five business days after the IPO.
The Public Round has a lower service fee of 5%, with allocated assets expected to be distributed two to three hours before the US market opens on the listing date. Actual allocation amounts will depend on the available supply and subscription demand.
Fees are applied to allocated amounts rather than unallocated commitments. Any remaining subscription funds are subject to refund under the applicable product terms.
Following allocation, eligible participants will receive rANT tokens through Bitget’s designated arrangements with brokerage and custody partners. Bitget describes this structure as a way to connect traditional IPO allocation processes with tokenized asset access through its platform.
Importantly, rANT represents a tokenized asset and does not itself provide direct ownership of Anthropic shares or automatically grant shareholder rights. Bitget also states that the product is not issued, managed, authorized or endorsed by Anthropic.
Anthropic IPO Draws Attention from Investors
Anthropic’s planned public listing comes amid growing investor interest in artificial intelligence companies and the broader AI infrastructure market.
The company filed its initial Form S-1 registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on October 26, 2026, followed by an amended filing on November 2. The proposed offering has attracted attention due to the company’s position in the rapidly expanding AI sector and the scale of its estimated valuation.
The original registration and subsequent amendment can be accessed through the SEC filing database. Anthropic also published an announcement about its proposed IPO on its official newsroom.
Despite the growing interest, the final offering price, valuation and allocation details remain subject to the IPO process and market conditions.
Bitget Aims to Broaden Access to IPO Opportunities
Through IPO Prime, Bitget seeks to make IPO-linked opportunities more accessible to eligible users by connecting them with institutional funds, brokers and other participating partners.
Traditionally, access to pre-listing share allocations has largely been associated with institutional investors and high-net-worth clients. Bitget’s model aims to broaden participation through subscription-based access within an existing trading account, without requiring users to open a separate brokerage account.
Commenting on the expansion, Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget, said:
“For years, IPO opportunities have been largely reserved for institutional investors and wealthy clients. We want to change that. Through IPO Prime, we’re making it easier for more people to access opportunities that were previously out of reach. Bringing these markets together in one place is what we’re building with UEX.”
The Anthropic offering represents another step in Bitget’s strategy to bring traditional financial market products and digital assets together within its Universal Exchange ecosystem.
