Galaxis’ Art Director Zsolt Kosa Features at Art Basel Miami

From designing buildings in SimCity Build It to working with Activision Blizzard, Warner Bros and The National Art Gallery in London, Zsolt Kosa’s work was recently also displayed alongside Beeple in the Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo, Japan.
Now Zsolt leads as an art director for a web3 NFT platform Galaxis, who have been involved with multiple celebrity NFTs such as Steve Aoki’s Dominions, The Association by NBA and more.
Zolt and Galaxis took their talents to the Miami Beach Convention Center, where his work was showcased in Art Basel last Friday.
“It was exciting to present some of my art publicly at the fair,” he says “it gave us an opportunity to really capture and show the essence of not just what we’re building at Galaxis but where web3 and NFTs are progressing.”
Reports suggest over $500 million in economic influence as the impact of Art Basel goes beyond canvas.
“At this year’s Art Basel Miami, we have a massive opportunity to look into the future, in which the worlds of traditional art and NFTs coexist in harmony,” added Zsolt.
The world class flair returned for its 21st year with over 277 galleries and 39 countries showcasing the highest quality of modern and contemporary art.
Inside the exclusive VIP event reserved for discerning buyers, we discovered masterpieces in painting, sculpture, photography and more.
Prices are steep and negotiations are not always on the table. Some attendees dress to be seen, even in their canine companions in couture. Some engage in socialising and sipping champagne around the art.
Previously, Zsolt’s work was also displayed in artists spotlight with popular web3 names such as Nifty Portal, and in collaboration with ENS domains and Bankless Brazil.
Art Basel opened to the public last Friday, with celebrities such as Will Smith present at the event.
